   from Datalight.

New Features/Changes
   -  The installer nows adds the TCP/IP Support Kit path to the registry so
      ScadaBuilder can find the files it needs to install TCP/IP support on
      the target.
   -  ftpapi.exe: Now supports selectable port number. For example:
         FTPAPI 42
      will tell ftpapi.exe to use port 42 instead of the default port 21.
   -  netset.exe: Added "-a" switch which allows user to specify the last
      segment of the IP address. Added "-s" switch which reads the last
      segment of the IP address from a hardware switch.
   -  nt4300.exe: Support added for additional ICL hardware platforms.
