The MV4300 program allows you to make voice recordings for use with the optional voice recording/playback capability of the ICL-4300.

The ICL-4300 Web Server Support Kit is a software package which allows you to
turn the ICL-4300 into a Web server. The Web server can be used to host
browser-based user interfaces to the ICL-4300. A live demo that uses the Web
server running on an ICL-4300 can be accessed here:
To run, the Web server requires the TCP/IP Support Kit as well.
