The ICL-4100 Toolbox is a Windows based configuration and programming tool for the ICL-4120, ICL-4130, ICL-4140 and ICL-4150 RTU in a Brick.
With a simple point and click interface, you can access all the features and power of these popular RTU's.
You can connect to the RTU using a direct cable connection, or using a dialup telephone modem.
This is a demo version of the ICL-4100 Toolbox (see above).
It is intended to give you an idea of the look and feel of the complete software package.
The primary difference between the demo version and the full version is that the demo version does not communicate with an attached RTU.
