The 4100 Series RTU's are perfect for applications requiring remote monitoring
and control. 4100 Series RTU's support data logging, alarm dialing, voice or
pager alarm annunciation, and communications over a wide variety of media including
twisted pair wires, land and cellular telephone, and licensed or spread-spectrum
radio. They require no programming and are configured with our popular 4100
Toolbox, a simple "point-and-click" Windows program.

The 4100 Series has been tested and certified for Modbus communications by
ProSoft Technology
using their MCM product. The MCM (Modbus Communication Module) allows Allen-Bradley
PLC/SLC devices to communicate using industry-standard Modbus protocol. See
