Data Logging

ICL Intelligent RTU's/controllers offer flexible and powerful data logging features. They are available with up to 8Mb of Flash memory. This Flash memory is used to implement a file system, which can be used to store program files and to log data. Depending on your application, most of this memory will be available for data logging. With our available application development environments data logging is a feature that simply needs to be enabled and configured -- we've already done most of the work for you. You decide what data you want to log, under what conditions -- we handle the rest. The format of the data log records is completely configurable, making it easy to import them into a spread sheet, database, or other tool, or to simply view the records directly in a text editor. Each record may be date and time stamped, so you know exactly when the record was stored.
