Alarming — Notify anyone, anywhere via voice, text, or email
ICL gives you built-in alarm management so virtually anyone on your team can be alerted when and how you choose. You can send alarm notifications via text message, email or voice, and even use your cell phone or tablet to acknowledge alarms and change tagged values in the controller or RTU.

With ICL, you can direct alarms by time of day or shift schedules, and establish separate escalation lists to determine who gets called if there is no response from the first list. When you send alarm notifications via voice, you can also choose the language in which each person will hear the notification.

ICL tracks three alarm states—idle, Active-Not Acknowledged, and Active-acknowledged for discrete inputs and analog levels. Alarms can show, for example, not just that a certain temperature has been exceeded, but when, and what the current temperature is. Plus, ICL gives you web access to current alarms and alarm history.

Flexible alarm management that eliminates the cost of external dialers—a simple, reliable approach that saves time and money.
